Run Carbon Technology completed the commissioning and acceptance of the Carbon Dioxide Capture and Resource-based Energy Comprehensive Utilization Technology Research and Demonstration Project of China Energy Taizhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. on September 28. The Taizhou Project is the first 500,000-ton carbon capture project in Asia and also the largest coal-fired power CCUS project in Asia. It is a national key technology research project and a major technology demonstration project of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".

CR Power Chongqing Energy Group's 72.24MW Wind Power Project in Fengjiagai, Pengshui held the groundbreaking ceremony on September 20, and CR Power Chongqing Energy Group's 60MW Wind Power Project in Lijiaping, Wanzhou participated in the centralized groundbreaking ceremony of major projects in the third quarter of 2023 in Chongqing, marking the official start of the two projects.

The "Localization and Substitution of Lubricating Oil for Wind Turbine Gearboxes" technical exchange meeting jointly organized by CR Power South China Region and Lu'an Chemical Group was held in Nansha, Guangzhou on September 18 to 19. At the meeting, South China Region signed a cooperation framework agreement with multiple parties on the localization and substitution of lubricating oil for wind turbine gearboxes.

CR Power Yunfu Company's 100MW Wind Farm Project in Xinmao, Yunan was approved by the Yunfu Development and Reform Bureau on September 15. One science popularization-style "wind power+cultural tourism" creative park with the theme of windmill tourism park will be built for the Project as the supporting facility, with an estimated total investment of approximately RMB 700 million.

The hoisting of the first wind turbine of CR Power Panjin Company's 1000MW Wind Power Project in Chaoyang was completed on September 14. The Project is the first million-kWh wind power project of CR Power. After completion, it can provide clean energy generation of over 3.4 billion kWh every year, saving 1 million tons of standard coal and reduce 2.7 million tons of CO2 emission.

Henan Yuzhou Shenyu Textile's 1MWp Rooftop Distributed PV Project officially started on September 6. Henan Kaifeng Quanfu Machinery's 2.65MW Rooftop Distributed PV Project officially started on September 8. CR Cement's 3.19MWp Distributed PV Power Generation Project in Tianyang, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was fully connected to the grid for power generation on September 11.

The Association for Science and Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued a notice on September 5, announcing that the CR Power Circular Economy Exhibition Hall in Hezhou declared by CR Power Guangxi Company was honored as one of the Second Batch of Guangxi Science Popularization Education Bases during the "14th Five Year Plan" period

The hoisting of the first wind turbine of Phase I (200MW) of CR Power Henan Company's 300MW Wind Storage Integrated Demonstration Project in Neihuang was completed on September 5. After the Project is connected to the grid, it can provide 534 million kWh of electricity to the grid every year, saving 175,600 tons of standard coal and reducing 416,400 tons of CO2 emission.

CR Power Comprehensive Energy (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co., Ltd. on September 1. The agreement stipulates that both parties will deepen cooperation and exchange in comprehensive energy fields such as distributed PV, charging pile, cold accumulation, energy storage and digital platform to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

The first batch of wind turbines of CR Power Henan New Energy Company's 100MW Wind Power Project in Dengzhou were connected to the grid on August 31. One new 110kV booster station and one supporting 10MW/20MWh energy storage project will be built for the Project. After completion, it can save 62,400 tons of standard coal and reduce 56,800 tons of CO2 emission every year.
