On May 9, Ji Lidong, Secretary General of Jiangsu Electric Power Industry Association, and his party went to Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Chemical Industrial Park Project) to conduct investigation and exchange on the upgrading and renovation by replacing liquid ammonia with urea. Jiang Yingjun, General Manager of Chemical Industrial Park Project, Zhang Xuyao, Deputy General Manager, and Tian Lin, Deputy General Manager of Banqiao Project, accompanied during the investigation.

Recently, the “2019 Jiangsu Enterprise Management Innovation Conference” hosted by Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Confederation was held in Nanjing. The conference released and promoted the 25th Jiangsu Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements and awarded medals and certificates to award-winning enterprises and achievement creators. Xuzhou/Tongshan China Resources Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xuzhou/Tongshan Project) has won the first and second prizes with the following projects: “Energy Efficiency Management during the Entire Production and Operation Process of Large-scale Thermal Power Enterprises Based on Digital Platform” and “Technical Supervision and Management of Thermal Power Enterprises Based on Informationization and Standardization”. It is the third consecutive year for the project company to win the first prize of this award.

On April 14, a delegation consisting of 19 representatives from University of East Anglia and Southern University of Science and Technology visited China Resources Power (Haifeng) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haifeng Project). Professor Guan Dabo from School of International Development at University of East Anglia, and Liang Xi, Associate Professor in Energy Finance at the University of Edinburgh and Secretary General of UK-China (Guangdong) CCUS Center, attended the event.

From April 8 to 12, Nuocheng Enterprise Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Nuocheng Company) launched a five-day NOSA integrated star rating for occupational safety, health and environmental management of Guangzhou China Resources Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guangzhou Project). At the closing meeting, the review group announced that Guangzhou Project again passed the NOSA five-star assessment.

On March 23, Jia Suowen, Vice Chairman of Henan Luoyang City Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and over 30 representatives from Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Federation of Overseas Students went to China Resources Power Shouyangshan Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shouyangshan Project) to experience the charm of industrial tourism, accompanied by Cao Yang, General Manager of the project company.

On March 4, a Philippine delegation, including Antonio A.Ver, President of H&WB Asia Pacific, and Hon.Ricarte R.Padilla, Mayor of Jose Panganiban, visited China Resources Power (Haifeng) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haifeng Project). The two sides exchanged on international business cooperation, integrated energy technology, and CCUS carbon capture projects. Li Dong, Senior Deputy General Manager of International Business Department, and Wang Feng, General Manager of Haifeng Project, accompanied in the exchange.

On February 21, Kawatani Shinichi, Permanent Supervisor of Japan Electric Power Development Co., Ltd., visited Chaonan Wind Power Plant of New Energy Operation and Maintenance Company in South China Region, accompanied by Huang Dehua, General Manager of South China New Energy Operation and Maintenance Company.

From February 21 to 22, under the guidance of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and co-hosted by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Alliance of Industrial Internet and China Institute of Communications, 2019 Industrial Internet Summit opened in Beijing with the theme of “intelligent empowerment and harmonious innovation”. Zhong Haidong, General Manager of Fuzhou Base in Southeast China Region of CR Power, attended the forum and delivered a speech.

On February 22, Shandong Supervision Office of National Energy Administration organized and held a provincial work conference on electric power safe production, and commended the advanced units and individuals in Shandong electric power safe production work in 2018. East China Region of CR Power, China Resources Power (Heze) Co., Ltd., and China Resources Power Wind Energy (Haiyang) Co., Ltd. were awarded “2018 Shandong Electric Power Safe Production Advanced Unit”; Ye Yanqin from Headquarters of East China Region and Wang Hanwei from Heze Power Plant were elected the 2018 Shandong Electric Power Safe Production Advanced Individual.

On February 18, the Commencement Ceremony of 2019 Henan Zhengzhou First Batch of Key Projects was held at the site of CR Power’s Zhengzhou Airport Project. Ma Jian, member of the Standing Committee of Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, Zhang Junfeng, Director of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone Administrative Committee, and Xin Wenda, General Manager of CR Power’s Central-West China Region, were present at the ceremony. Nearly 300 people from the Party and Administration Office, Economic Development Bureau, Municipal Construction and Environmental Protection Bureau, Transport Administration Committee, and Construction Supervision Departments of various projects attended the ceremony.
