On May 9, Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President of CR Power Corporation, visited Huai'an District Government of Jiangsu Province. Xu Zijia, the Secretary of Huai'an District Party Committee, met with Vice Chairman Ge Changxin and his party. Both parties signed a comprehensive energy project cooperation agreement.

Secretary Xu Zijia welcomed the visit of Vice Chairman Ge Changxin and affirmed the contribution of CR Power to the economic development of Huai'an. He hoped that both parties would further strengthen communication and cooperation, promote existing cooperative projects, explore more ways of collaboration, and achieve a consensus for both government and enterprises.

Vice Chairman Ge Changxin thanked Huai'an District Government for its strong support to CR Power. He said that CR Power would do its best to build and operate various projects in Huai'a, and he hoped that both parties would be engaged in exploring more space for cooperation in areas, such as, wind power business, integrated energy service, incremental distribution network and smart energy.

After the meeting, Vice Chairman Ge Changxin went to Jiangsu Region to conduct a survey to understand and review the progress of the construction of Huai'an Sanbao Fishpond-PV Hybrid Project, and required the project to be safe, quality-guaranteed, and completed during the construction period, so as to contribute to the local economic development.

Xu Hongbo, the Assistant President and Head of Strategic Development Department of CR Power, and leaders of relevant departments of Huai'an District Government and responsible persons of relevant units of CR Power attended the meeting.
