On May 8, Ge Changxin, the Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President of CR Power Corporation, paid a visit to Envision Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Envision Energy”) in Shanghai. Zhang Lei, the CEO of Envision Energy, met with Vice President Ge Changxin and his party. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation issues at this stage and cooperation opportunities and cooperation models under the new situation.

Foremost, Vice Chairman Ge Changxin thanked Envision Energy for its support to CR Power. He said that CR Power attached great importance to cooperation with Envision Energy. Both parties had already carried out a number of collaborations in the past including wind power business and achieved excellent results. He hoped that both parties would continue to rely on their respective advantages to maximize the scope of cooperation in wind power development, integrated energy services, and smart energy, deepen cooperation results, and achieve win-win development.

CEO Zhang Lei welcomed the visit of Vice Chairman Ge Changxin and said that CR Power had an excellent management model and experience and was a principal partner of Envision Energy. He hoped that both parties would combine their respective strategic layouts and plans in digitalization and strengthen cooperation in technical fields such as networking informationization and smart energy fields, deepen strategic partnerships, and jointly lead the development of the industry.

During the visit, Vice President Ge Changxin visited Envision Smart Energy Cloud Platform and discussed over the status quo and future development of the smart energy with the other experts. Heads of some regions of CR Power also signed a cooperation accord with Envision Energy.
