On August 13, Shaanxi Company of China Resources Power and the People's Government of Wangyi District in Tongchuan City signed a 400MW project development agreement.

The project covers 200MW photovoltaic project and 200MW wind power project, with a total investment of about RMB 2.4 billion. It is planned to build a new clean energy hybrid power generation project in the form of "synchronous wind and photovoltaic power generation, solar photovoltaic power generation outside the shed and vegetable planting inside".
